The Beech Tree Inn is located off the A81 Glasgow-Aberfoyle road in Dumgoyne, near Killearn, about 13 miles north of Glasgow City Centre.

The Inn is situated in the Blane Valley, or Strath Blane, at a point just north of the Campsies where the strath widens and the mountains of the Highlands can be seen ahead.

The drive to The Beech Tree Inn, through the suburbs and out into the country with its hills, trees and fresh air can be worthwhile in itself - or you could always walk The West Highland Way, we are right beside the long distance footpath.
