    Follow signs for Aberfoyle - we are about 15 minutes drive from Milngavie on the A81. You will pass through the villages of Blanefield / Strathblane and past the Glengoyne Distillery. The Beech Tree Inn is on the left just after the Killearn / Balfron turn-off.

    Follow signs for Erskine Bridge, leaving Stirling on the A811 (Dumbarton Road). Passing Gargunnock and Kippen, and going through Arnprior and Buchlyvie, you'll reach a crossroads with the A81. Turn left towards Glasgow. The Beech Tree Inn is on the right about 5 miles from this junction.

    Follow the M9 to junction 10 (Stirling). Follow directions for Callendar, passing Blair Drummond Safari Park, then turn off left towards Gargunnock. At the end of this road, turn right and follow directions for Erskine Bridge on the A811 as above.
